Refund and Cancelation Policy

  • Acesynergi Solutions, reserves the right to postpone/cancel an event, or change the location of an event because of insufficient enrolments, instructor illness or force majeure events (like floods, earthquakes, political instability, etc.)
  • If a cancellation is done by a delegate 10 days (or more) prior to the event, 35% of the total paid fee will be deducted and the remaining amount will be refunded to the delegate.
  • If a cancellation is done by a delegate within 10 days (or less) of the event, no refunds will be made.
  • In case Acesynergi Solutions cancels an event, delegate will be accommodated in the future workshops.
  • Delegates are requested to satisfy themselves before they enroll for the training program and any communication regards the feedback of the trainer will not be entertained and no refund will be provided.
  • Acesynergi reserves the right to change the Instructor for any unforeseen situations and substitute any new instructor.
  • Delegates are requested to attend on scheduled dates and no repetition, changes to schedule will be considered and no refund requests will be considered and participates will also not have an option of attending any future batches.
  • Delegates who have missed the classes after attending the first day class can only register for new batch by paying the fee for the future batches.
  • If the case if instructor misses any session due to unforeseen conditions then the same session will be scheduled on future date and no request for refund by citing this reason will be entertained.
  • In the case of class room trainings the venue details will be communicated to the participants one day before the start of the training
  • Acesynergi reserves the right to cancel or reschedule events in case of insufficient registrations, or if presenters cannot attend due to unforeseen circumstances. You are therefore advised to consult a Acesynergi agent prior to making any travel arrangements for a workshop.
  • For live virtual trainings delegates are requested to check the logistics such as mike, speaker and a good internet connection and the absence of these may result in poor audio and no such reasons will be considered for request of refund and there will be no refund.
  • As Endorsed Education Providers for certain courses offered by us we will provide you guidance and support for certification preparation. Participants are required to put forth considerable amount of effort to pass the examination. Acesynergi in no way will be held responsible for the result obtained in the exam. Attending training itself does not suffice for passing the exam.
  • Change is constant – as part of continuous improvements to our services, we have effective feedback mechanism in place. We encourage you to provide your suggestions and feedback after the course completion.
  • Enrolment to any of our courses is deemed to have meant that participants have seen our refund and cancelation policy on our website and agree to the same.


    • Self learning :

  • For self-learning trainings delegates are requested to satisfy themselves before they enroll for the program and there will be no refunds after enrolment.
  • Extension of an e-learning program could be provided for a maximum of one month, provided the request is made before the course expires. If more extension is required, the student is required to pay 50% of the course fee.


    • Company Acesynergi solutions reserves the absolute right to revise these Terms in its sole discretion at any time and without prior notice to you other than by posting the revised Terms on the Site. Any revisions to the Terms are effective upon posting. The Terms will be identified as of the most recent date of revision. You should visit this page regularly to ensure your continued acceptance of these Terms. Your continued use of the Company Products after any revision to these Terms constitutes your binding acceptance of the revised Terms. Notwithstanding the preceding sentences of this section, no revisions to these Terms will apply to any dispute between you and the Company that arose prior to the date of such revision.



    Courses offered by Acesynergi Solutions are authored and copyrighted by third parties. These third parties have given a signed declaration to Acesynergi Solutions that the course content and training materials are developed without infringing any copyrighted article. In case any of the course content or training material is found to be in infringement of any copyrighted article, the same may be brought to the notice of Acesynergi Solutions by sending an email with complete details of the infringement to info@acesynergi.com .After preliminary investigation if the course is found to be in infringement of the copyrighted article, the same will be suspended till the final outcome of the detailed investigation. Since Acesynergi Solutions only provides a platform where authors can host their copyrighted courses, any legal action for copyright infringement can only be initiated on the authors and not on Acesynergi Solutions. Acesynergi Solutions can provide details of the authors of a course upon specific request if proved to the satisfaction of Acesynergi Solutions that a particular course is a copyright infringement.
